DARAP policy forum draws media attention

The DARAP Ghana agrifood systems research dissemination and policy forum attracted a significant number of media representatives, fostering engagements between researchers and the media. Held on March 26, 2024 at Alisa Hotel in Accra, the event reaffirmed the project's commitment to collaborating with the media as essential partners in disseminating valuable insights to the public.

The participation of journalists from various print, broadcast, and online platforms further underscored the widespread interest in DARAP's efforts to drive transformative change in Ghana's agrifood landscape.

"The media plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between researchers and the public. By working closely with reporters, we can ensure that our research findings reach diverse audiences and contribute to informed decision-making," stated Dr. Fred Dzanku, Coordinator of the DARAP project.
